Water, Creat, Trailing Eclipta, Boerhaavia Diffusa, Neem, Black Creeper, Gale of the Wind, Rohituka Tree, Chebulic Myrobalan, Arjuna, Prickly Chaff Flower, Bitter Apple, Makoi, Tephrosia Purpurea, Indian Fumitory, Mango. Preservatives Potassium Sorbate E202. 

Add 10ml of Revitaliser per 10 birds (1ml per bird) to the drinking water (suggested ratio: 10 parts water to 1 part Revitaliser). It can be used routinely each day, or when chickens need quick support.
