We are registered with the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) as a retailer authorised to supply certain categories of veterinary medicinal products.

Products classified as POM-VPS and NFA-VPS are supplied under the supervision of a registered Suitably Qualified Person (SQP). Where required, customers may be asked to provide information about the animal and its management before purchase to ensure the medicine is suitable.

We do not supply POM-V (prescription-only) veterinary medicines through this website.

All veterinary medicinal products supplied are authorised for use in the United Kingdom and are handled and supplied in accordance with the Veterinary Medicines Regulations and guidance issued by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate.
