At Ashurst Equestrian & Country, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it

• The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

A £5.00 flat rate return shipping fee applies unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (for example food products)

• Custom or personalised items

• Personal care products

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
