Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Ashurst Equestrian & Country, we aim to provide clear and transparent delivery information so customers understand how and when their orders will arrive.
Delivery Area
We deliver to customers throughout the United Kingdom.
Delivery options, estimated delivery times, and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout before an order is confirmed.
Fulfilment Model
We operate a hybrid fulfilment model.
Some products are stocked in our own warehouse and are available for immediate dispatch or local collection. In addition, we work with established UK distributors and manufacturers who dispatch certain products directly from their facilities.
This allows us to offer a wider range of products while maintaining customer service and accountability.
Dispatch Times
Warehouse-stocked items are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Products dispatched directly from our partner distributors may require additional processing time depending on supplier availability. Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout where possible.
Orders containing a mixture of warehouse-stocked and supplier-dispatched items may arrive in separate deliveries.
Delivery Services
Orders are delivered using standard UK courier services.
Typical delivery times after dispatch are generally 2–5 working days, depending on the product and delivery method.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, size and delivery location. Customers will always see the final delivery cost before completing their purchase.
Some large or palletised items may require specialist delivery and may incur additional delivery charges. Where applicable, this will be clearly shown before order confirmation.
Local Delivery & Click & Collect
We offer local delivery and Click & Collect options for selected products.
Certain bulky items such as horse feed and bedding may be restricted to delivery within a defined local radius due to transport requirements. Customers will be notified at checkout if geographic limitations apply.
Click & Collect orders will be available once stock has been prepared or received. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
Split Shipments
Where an order contains items from multiple fulfilment locations, products may be delivered separately. No additional delivery charge will be applied unless clearly stated during checkout.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to supplier availability, courier issues or other external factors. Customers will be informed if significant delays arise.
