Hotmax v Seasoned Hardwood Logs:
Seasoned or kiln dried hardwood logs are the most widely used form of solid carbon fuel in Britain today. But Hotmax fuel logs beat even the best hardwood logs in all the key measurements of moisture content and energy output. And with legislation on emissions and pollution growing rapidly more stringent, Hotmax wins hands down in the increasingly vital area of environmental impact.
Hotmax is far more eco-friendly than kiln dried hardwood – or most other briquettes, for that matter. It performs better and more consistently, it’s cleaner, easier and less bulky to handle, and it’s made from recycled dust from managed renewable conifer timber, not from irreplaceable slow-growing deciduous trees such as oak, ash and beech.
