Applechaff is a specially formulated chaff with real apple pieces and apple essence added, to give it a sweeter flavour and a nutritional boost. It has been made using only the highest quality wheat straw that has been dust extracted and chopped for easier digestion and respiratory health. The chaff is also lighty dressed with molasses to make it even more appetising for fussy feeders. The chaff is naturally high in fibre, but to give it an extra nutritional boost it has been enriched with limestone flour to provide added calcium for healthy bones and growth.
