Riding helmets absorb and disperse impact, and can reduce the risk of serious head injuries such concussion, skull fractures and brain injury. However, did you know that 44% of injuries occur whilst not mounted? Make sure you are also wearing your helmet on the ground, such as when picking out feet, handling, or loading!
